David's philosophy is reflected at his  "Bitton Café and Grocer" in the Sydney suburb of Alexandria.

"A French Inspired Cafe Cookbook"  his latest, is more than just a cookbook, each page vividly gives the provenance of every recipe, following David Bitton’s amazing culinary journey starting with the foreword penned by Maggie Beer.
