Food I Am is the catalyst for promoting gourmet food to the Wagga community.  We achieve this by:

• Nurturing a passion for gourmet food with integrity in Wagga and the greater Riverina area, in an inclusive and enjoyable learning environment .
• Showcasing to you Riverina’s best, including chefs, boutique producers, artisans and farmers dedicated to organic, sustainable, free-range farming.
• Encouraging Wagga residents to expand their skill set through embracing a cosmopolitan approach to cookery
• Bringing  Australia’s Greatest Culinary Chef's and industry professionals to Food I Am cooking classes in Wagga
• Providing individual and corporate classes at our cooking school in Wagga designed to develop the palate, balance exotic flavours and to assess ingredient quality.
• Providing culinary based Wagga events for budding epicureans locally and from other locations such as Tumut, Albury and Canberra.
